What is the purpose of an MNVP?
​A Maternity and Neonatal Voice Partnership (MNVP) exists to bridge the gap between clinical staff, those who pay for services (commissioners) and the people who use those services. We are an independent forum with service users at the heart of everything we do.
​
Our primary purpose as Chester MNVP is to collect feedback from maternity and neonatal service users in our local community.
​
The feedback we collect provides the evidence required to develop and improve maternity and neonatal services at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
